Soho Square Strengthens Investment Team with New Hire

Soho Square Capital (“Soho Square”), an investment firm focused on serving the financing needs of established and growing UK and European SMEs, is pleased to announce that Mark Bourke is joining as Investment Associate to strengthen its investment team.

Mark started his career at Quayle Munro, later acquired by Houlihan Lokey where he was an investment banking analyst within the Global Technology Group. He has predominantly focused on M&A in the B2B software & data, fintech and education sectors.

Soho Square has a proven team that has been investing together for over 15 years, which closely aligns its interests with the companies it partners with. It structures investments, typically in the form of senior or preferred capital with minority equity stakes, to enable change, drive growth and support ambitious leaders to realise their long-term goals.
